Gulfstead Community Management is a locally owned, boutique portfolio community association management company serving HOA and condominium communities throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We pair relationship-first service with thoughtful financial stewardship, responsive communication, and accountable support for association boards.
Our Story
Gulfstead was founded by Lynsea Arnold and Jennifer Taylor with a shared belief that community management should feel personal, responsive, and dependable. Boards deserve more than administration; they deserve a management partner who listens, communicates clearly, follows through, and treats the community’s resources with care.
Lynsea and Jennifer bring complementary strengths to Gulfstead: Lynsea’s 25+ years in accounting, financial leadership, controllership, and consulting and Jennifer’s 20+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, and hospitality-driven client service. Together, they created a portfolio management company designed to combine professional HOA and condominium management with strong relationships, financial accountability, and personalized attention.
Gulfstead intentionally focuses on portfolio management rather than dedicated onsite management, allowing us to support associations with comprehensive professional management while maintaining the boutique, accessible service at the heart of our company.

Lynsea believes strong communities are built on financial integrity, transparency, and trusted partnerships. Throughout her 25+ year career in accounting and finance, she has helped organizations achieve financial stability and sustainable growth through strategic leadership and sound financial management.
Her background spans corporate accounting, financial leadership, controllership, and consulting. As a Fractional Controller and trusted financial advisor, she has helped business owners, executives, and boards strengthen reporting, internal controls, operations, and decision-making.
At Gulfstead, Lynsea brings that commitment to financial stewardship to community association management, helping boards protect community assets through accurate reporting, transparent budgeting, responsible fiscal oversight, and proactive financial guidance.
